Electric Propulsion and Lithium Batteries: Myth and Misinformation

Our next speaker is Simon Boyde from ePropulsion, who represents the UK and British Marine on the main ISO committees charged with revising the international boat electrical standards: ISO 13297, 16315 and 23625. Simon's key message is that electric propulsion systems and lithium battery banks are not new, not dangerous, and frankly are safer than conventional engine installs.
