Location: Sanlorenzo Yachts UK head office, Swanwick (near Southampton UK)

Sanlorenzo Yachts UK is looking for a senior yacht sales professional to join this already successful operation. The position provides early entry into a rapidly developing business, providing the successful candidate with excellent long term career prospects.

This position entails representing the Sanlorenzo Yachts range exclusively to the UK and Irish markets, access to the Sanlorenzo Superyacht Range and an active role in the bourgeoning brokerage, charter and yacht management services.

Sanlorenzo Yachts UK, being part of Ancasta Group, also provides the successful candidate with the benefit of having direct access to an existing client base, industry-leading in-house infrastructure and marketing capability, and access to Ancasta Groups stock and capital facilities. All of which are focussed on supporting new builds and brokerage sales.

The position will be based in Sanlorenzo UK’s new, purpose-built office in Swanwick Marina (near Southampton UK) overlooking the Hamble River.

All applicants will ideally possess the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in yacht sales with particular experience in motor yachts 24 metres and above.
  • Experience in developing and managing HNW client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the sales process with the ability to identify opportunities and meet targets.
  • Graduate – high proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • A strong work ethic and diligent approach.

Trainee Yacht Broker

Network Yacht Brokers Kent

Network Yacht Brokers Kent already has two well-established offices in Kent selling new and used yachts and motorboats and is looking to recruit a trainee Yacht Broker to help grow our business in Dover. 

Initially, the position will be based at Gillingham Marina and then move to our new office that is under construction at Dover Marina which is due to open in the next two months. 

The position will grow so that the person develops the necessary knowledge and skills so that they can sell new and used sailing yachts and motorboats up to 50ft

Some knowledge of sailing yachts,  motorboats, sales and good administrative and computer skills are required. The proposed working hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to 15:00.

Sales Administrator: Permanent position, working Monday - Friday (including Bank Holidays), from 9.30 am - 5 pm, with some weekend work. 

The successful applicant will be a dynamic, self-motivated, organised, enthusiastic and friendly individual capable of taking on the daily challenge of working within a brokerage. A knowledge of canal boats and the Inland Waterways would be helpful.

Experience working in a busy, demanding, office environment with a proven record of carrying out admin tasks with meticulous attention to detail is essential. 

Full training will be given using our customer management system, but it is essential that you are competent in using computers, particularly Mac’s (Macintosh).

Office Based, Part-time, maximum 20 hours per week spread over 5 days.
Flexible hours between 9am to 17:00


  • Bank reconciliation
  • Processing and paying suppliers
  • Processing sales invoices and receipts
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Liaise with our Accountants for our annual Audit and our financial year end
  • Work on budget forecasts and financials with the CEO
  • Maintain accurate records and chase outstanding payments with internal departments


  • Experience of using Sage 50 Professional a must
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills, typing and grammar skills including Excel
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Must be organised and work well in a team
  • We use a CRM database so experience with this would be advantageous although training will be provided
  • Experience working in a small office
  • Team Player
  • Flexible with other duties including picking up the phone
