Holman Twister 28

Twister 28, designed by Kim Holman and built by Uphams, "Twist Again" is a later "all GRP" version with 2016 topside re-spray and full refurbishment in 2026! Her Yanmar diesel inboard was installed in 2005. Her sails look recent and her standing rigging was new in about 2015 and her running rigging new 2026. A much updated boat at a very attractive price!

MECHANICAL

Yanmar 2YM15 twin cylinder 15hp inboard diesel engine (No E00182 - new 2005). Shaft drive to fixed propeller.

ELECTRICAL

Alternator charging to 2 x 12v batteries (2026).

NAVIGATION

Plastimo bulkhead compass, Autohelm Bi-Data depth and log, Clipper wind speed and direction, Silva S10 DSC VHF radio, GPSMap 182C chart plotter, Nav4 Navtex Pro, clock and barometer, navigation lights, tri-colour masthead light.

SAFETY

Manual bilge pump.

DECK GEAR

Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, Lewmar 30 self tailing sheet winches, 2 halyard winches, Fortress FX-16 anchor with chain and warp, kedge anchor, mooring warps and fenders.

SAILS

Slab reefing mainsail with stack-pack mainsail cover. Furlex 200S genoa roller reefing system with furling No 1 Genoa. Alloy mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging (approx 2015). New runing rigging 2026, new reefing lines to boom for slab reefing 2026, new kicker, mainsheet and jib sheets 2026.

DOMESTIC

Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners and grill, water supply to sink. Heads compartment with marine toilet.
